You are an amazing human being but I bet you want to do more. If you are anything like me, you are always in search of the “better version of you.” Now, this version is great but what is life without growth and elevation? This can be at work, in your relationships, in your business or in your community. Even in your awesomeness you know that you have untapped and unleashed potential. That potential is what I want to help you discover so you are happier, healthier and performing to the best of your ability.
Today you may be eating good food and enjoying family so the timing of what I will share is perfect. I am spending time in Florida learning new technology so I can create an online school. More to come on that!
Over the next few weeks, I am going to share a few tips on how you can be healthy in the midst of busyness, family-life, traveling or lack of motivation to go to the gym.
But first, I want you to know what "health" really means. Have you ever looked it up?
Moment of truth, I love words. I like looking up words in the dictionary to make sure I get the full meaning and its origin… don’t judge me.
That being said, according to The American Heritage College Dictionary “health” means:
The overall condition of an organism at a given time. Soundness, especially of body and mind; freedom from disease or abnormality. A condition of optimal well-being.
Are those not beautiful words that we all can aspire to achieve!
I am a Certified Health Coach, veteran, and former professional athlete (yep, I got paid to play basketball in Germany and it was SO fun!) so I know a few things about health. I share that not to brag but for you to see I have a vested interested in health. My first entrepreneurial venture was personal training before I transitioned to life coaching. I love physical training but I soon realized how the most important component of being healthy was often overlooked – the mind.
I am here to help you get mentally tough so you can maximize performance and have a happier life. How does that sound?
Enjoy your meal today but do me one favor… read the definition of health a few times and let me know if that is something you need support with.
Cheers to your greatness!
